Site Management conducted by Sony Professional Services identifies, documents and communicates environmental, structural, and logistic requirements in order to ensure a successful installation.
Installation
Installation services provided by Sony Professional Services allow for rapid and effective installation of digital signage with minimal disruption to your end-users. Sony's Project Manager coordinates all Sony installation activities outlined below directly with the customer:
Display Control System
The Sony Display Control System lets you control your digital signage - from a central location,with a simple, intuitive user interface. Working onscreen with a graphical representation of your installation to guide you, you can send simple commands to your monitors and other connected devices using your existing RF distribution system. With monitors and other peripherals organized in groups controlled by separate terminals, you can customize for the specific needs of your location - turning monitors on or off, configuring each group of monitors to the required input, even pre-scheduling commands to be sent.
Extended Warranty
Extends the original two-year parts and labor,and one-year panel limited warranties included with each display.

Site Management conducted by Sony Professional Services identifies, documents and communicates environmental, structural, and logistic requirements in order to ensure a successful installation.
- Perform site survey to identify site readiness.
- Schedule and coordinate technicians on location.
- Develop and manage installation schedule.
- Inventory, stage, and distribute digital signage,accessories,and brackets.
- Unpack and deploy equipment and all accessories to installation locations throughout the venue.
Installation
Installation services provided by Sony Professional Services allow for rapid and effective installation of digital signage with minimal disruption to your end-users. Sony's Project Manager coordinates all Sony installation activities outlined below directly with the customer:
- Cable, configure,and test digital signage per customer specifications.
- Mount digital signage to desired location (custom configurations available).
- Install content provider server.
- Connect digital signage to content provider.
- Install Class 2 wiring throughout location.
