On-Time Support Loaner Program (OTS)

Sony's OTS program entitles customers to the use of a loaner unit of comparable function while their equipment is being repaired by Sony. All shipping costs for the covered product and Loaner unti are included. OTS coverage also includes toll-free phone support and technical assistance from date of purchase throughout the OTS term.
